Yes, there is a zipper closer option, the zipper of the bag will be closed after filling and before sealing.

2.How to handle the dust during filling?

Can be installed the duster for the machine, beside the powder hopper will have two dust pipes, it is connecting with the duster.

3.How about the accuracy?

There is a scale feedback function on the packing machine, the packing weight can be followed by auto.

4.How about the overweight product?

Can be done a check weigher for the overweight product, it is a weight conveyor, if the weight is over than the setting target weight,there is a pusher to push the overweight product out from the conveyor.

5.Need the zipper opener

Yes, can be installed the zipper opener, there is a extra station for the zipper opener, after pick up bag, open the zipper of the bag first, then go to the next station for opening bag and filling.

6.Need the whole system for packing the product

Yes, can be provided the whole packing system.
