1.How many bags can be put on the bag magazine ？

If for the 3-side seal bag, can be put about 80 bags on the bag magazine, if for the zipper bag, can be put about 30 bags on the bag magazine.

2.The soft bag can run on the machine well ?

If the bag is little soft, can do some guide on the bag magazine to hold the bag and do an acrylic plate to press the bags, but if for the PE bag, can not run on the doypack machine.

3.How about the speed?

The speed is 8 bags per min with 1kg product..

4.How about the overweight product ?

There is an overweight reject function of the linear weigher, if the final weight is over than the setting target weight, the product will be discharge from the overweight reject funnel (back side).

5. 1kg product need product settler ?

Yes, better installing the product settler for holding the bottom of the bag during filling if the packing weight more than 1kg.

6.Need the whole system for packing the product ？

Yes, can be provided the whole packing system.
