1.Is the side gusset bag with valve can run in the machine ?

Yes, it can be.

2.How to handle the dust during filling?

Can be installed the duster for the machine, beside the powder hopper/granule hopper will have two dust pipes, it is connecting with the duster.

3.How about the speed ?

If the filling time is 1s, the max speed is 18 bags per min. Filling time is longer, the speed is slower.

4.How about the overweight product?

There is a overweight reject function in the weigher, if the weight is over, the back side door of the weight bucket will be opened and discharge.

5. What's distance from the product level to the top of the bag is required ?

The distance from the product level to the top of the bag better have 75-80mm.
