◪ BAG LOADING
The Pouch magazine is adjustable for different sized bag.
The Bags can be loaded while the machine is in operation
◪ BAG DETECTION
Multiple bag detection switches are used at various points in the cycle to ensure correct bag placement and full bag opening. Should a reject bag be detected it is ejected from the machine and the process continues. Rejected bags can be inspected by the operator and re-used if good.
◪ BAG OPENING
Pouches are individually removed from the cartridge with a unique combination of vacuum and pneumatic actuators. They are rotated/ transfered to the fill area and opened.
◪ TRANSITION CHUTE

The zipper opener is installed horizontally;
It is separated from the infeed hopper.
It would be worked when the pouch
is picked up and being horizontal. Then, it would be opened the pouch Zipper. When the pouch zipper is opened, then, it would be presented to the filling position for the infeed hopper to do the filling.
So The infeed hopper is only moved up and down, not necessary to be moved left and right as the vertical style. So the filler and collection chute could be inserted into that infeed hopper when the filler is installed. It would be reduce the free falling height and
And more safety for the production.
Like the powder application, the Auger filler would be lowed into that infeed hopper to reduce the free falling height. It is good to control the dusty;
* It would be moved up and down to flap Pouch Bottom to settle and tight the product.
