Fabrication Feature
◪ The machine runs straight flow design makes accessibility of parts.
◪ The tubular film material is PE (polyethylene) tubular. When the top and end of the bag is cut and sealed, it would make a bag.
◪ The advantage is that it doesn't need any former for different bag size. Just change the film roll.
Like to do the bag width is 350mm, the bag is large, If to use the VFFS machine to make that, The machine height would be over than 1800mm easily.
It is not good for the operator to do daily work like film changing, former adjustment.
But the Mini Tube Bagger would be simplify their work and easy running.
It would be more practical and Compact than the VFFS.
